Whatever you’re planning, Bike House Brewing makes it easy to bring your people together. Our space was built for connection — with indoor coziness, outdoor freedom, and a come-as-you-are vibe that fits everything from casual hangs to milestone moments.

Bring your own food, hire a caterer, invite a food truck, set up a band or DJ — it’s your day.
The only thing we ask: no outside alcohol. We’ll keep the beer, cider, seltzer, and spritzers flowing.

Reserve either the indoor taproom OR the outdoor pavilion & lawn for your crew while the rest of the brewery stays open to the public. Perfect for showers, birthdays, team parties, and milestone gatherings where you want your own dedicated space but still love the lively brewery vibe.

Want the whole place to yourself? This is the full Bike House experience — we close to the public and it’s all yours: taproom, pavilion, lawn, outdoor bar, fire pits, and giant tent.

Booking and Timing


Ask our

How early can we set up or decorate?
You can usually start decorating at noon on the day of your event, and for full private rentals, we can often open earlier for deliveries or big décor installs. Just let us know your timing so we can be ready.
How long do we have the space?
For semi-private rentals, your reserved area is yours for the day or evening during regular taproom hours. For private rentals, the whole brewery is yours for the day, and we will confirm your arrival and start time when you book.
Do we need a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50 percent deposit to lock in your date, and the remaining balance is due before the event, usually one to two weeks out.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you will receive a full refund. Within 30 days, you will receive a 50 percent refund. Within seven days, there is no refund since we will already be deep in prep mode.

Food and Drinks

Can we bring our own food?

Yes. You can cater, potluck, hire a food truck, or bring your own spread. We are happy to share contact information for some of our favorite local food truck partners if you would like.

Do you help coordinate food trucks or catering?

Yes. We can connect you with our regular food truck partners and help with timing and setup if you need it.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No. All alcoholic drinks must be purchased from our bar. This keeps us compliant with our license and keeps everyone safe.

Can we do drink tokens or a prepaid tab?
Yes. We can set up drink tokens or a group tab if you want to cover some or all drinks for your guests.

Music and Entertainment


Ask our

Can we have live music or a DJ?

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring a DJ or band. We have a built-in indoor stage, sound system, and power outside for DJs or bands under the pavilion or tent.

Do you provide speakers or microphones?

Yes. We have an indoor PA system with microphones and an outdoor speaker setup. You are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer.

Can we run our own playlist?

Yes. You can connect your device and run your own playlist through our system.

Are there any noise restrictions?

Music and amplified sound should wrap by 10 PM to keep things neighbor-friendly and compliant with local rules.

Can we bring lawn games?

Yes. Cornhole, giant Jenga, and KanJam are all welcome. We do not provide or rent games, so please bring your own if you would like them.

Are fire pits available?

Yes. We will have them ready to light when the sun goes down for both semi-private and private events.

Guests and Space

How many people can we host?

Semi-private rentals comfortably fit about 75 guests indoors or plenty of guests outdoors. Private rentals do not have a hard cap, and we have hosted 175 or more when using the entire property.

Are kids and dogs allowed?

Yes. We are family-friendly and dog-friendly. Pups must stay leashed, and children should be supervised.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is plenty of on-site parking for guests, food trucks, and vendors.

Is the space accessible?

Yes. Our taproom and pavilion are ground-level and accessible.

What is included with the rental?

Your reserved space or the entire brewery for private rentals, bar staff, use of our sound systems, and on-site parking. Food and drinks are purchased separately.
