Together, They Built Bike House
Ruby Pontbriand brings a strong background in marketing and creative strategy, plus years of experience building authentic, community-focused spaces. She’s also a lifelong performer and artist, which shines through in the atmosphere she’s helped create at Bike House—a space where everyone is welcome to show up as they are, kick back, and feel part of something real.
Jon Demers is a former BMX pro who toured the world in the early 2000s, known for flipping, spinning, and pushing the boundaries of the sport. After his pro career, he worked in the outdoor industry, built custom bikes out of his own shop, and became a certified bike technician. His passion for biking and craftsmanship threads through every detail of the brewery’s design and ethos.
Together, Ruby and Jon have turned Bike House Brewing into something truly unique: a brewery with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of flavor—both in the glass and in the experience.
